The Correct Breathing
When we perform any kind of sports or fitness activity it is very important to know how we should breathe. Investigate from the article the main breathing techniques that can help improve the workout.
The Correct Breathing

Breathing is very important in all sports and also in fitness. Each kind of sports activity requires a special breathing style to improve the efficiency of the workout also it depends upon the weather conditions and other factors.

the_correct_breathingWe can classify sport activities according to the types of breathing into two major groups:
1. Here belong the kinds of sports that use the technique of respiratory stop or blocking: athletic weight throwing, weightlifting, body building, gymnastics etc. In this case the extreme of the anaerobic exercise is taken into consideration because here the apnea is practiced (blocking of the thorax and respiration). The rising is the benefit of diaphragm blocking.  It lasts for the moment, when the sportsman makes the maximum force. Also to achieve the highest possible sport efforts in executional speed a rise was provided. We can observe it during the snatch of weightlifting where the force and speed are combined with respiratory blocking.

The drawbacks of the respiratory blocking
The respiratory blocking may create the high pressure in the thorax, abdomen and skull; high blood preasure of the vessels where it makes low response through the veins. The high blood pressure inside of the eyes may cause the danger of short-sightedness. In addition, the varicose veins can appear or have a progress due to this process. Due to huge efforts made in special anaerobic conditions the blood vessels and muscles lose their flexibility.

2. To the second group we include the aerobic activities because they don’t take respiratory stop. Here belong kinds of sports that are performed on long distances, such as running races, swimming, cycling etc. During these activities the sportsmen don’t use huge muscular force. The stress intensifies the cardiac frequency and pulmonary ventilation.

However, there is one more category where mixed sports are included. Here the both techniques are on variable. For the example we can take contact sports, rhythm breaking in medium distance running races, and others. During the aerobic and anaerobic exercises in fitness the both techniques - apnea and efforts without respiratory blockage- are implied. When we have chosen the right respiration it is important to know that we should use this technique during the most difficult part of our training (the positive or concentric course) and also during the come-back (the negative or eccentric course) or we can simply perform breathing during the hardest part of our workout.

Another important fact is that we should regard the amplification of the thorax. Here the breathing in is performed with the purpose of the thorax stretching and we should do breathing out during our exercises to contract the thorax.  It will be useful to breathe in through the nose. It is necessary nose serves as a filter, it warms up the air flow and we should breathe out through the mouth to increase the speed and efficiency of our performance.

Note. It should be mentioned that when we hear the 'shouting' during weightlifting workouts or contests, it means that at the moment the sportsmen perform the forced breathing out.
