Fitness Injuries

If you study the most widespread fitness injuries, the reason and how to cure them, you will be able to escape difficulties and can achieve all your fitness goals.  Most of the injuries in fitness occur due to the overuse, for example 78 % of the injuries at schools happen because of the overuse.

In order to overcome the overuse, first of all we should set the purpose of our workout. We should train in a moderate and gradual increase of strain which is comofortable for our skeletal muscle system. The strain helps us strengthen our muscles and cardiovascular system and allows to transcend the tension.

But if there is too much strain, it will lead to overuse. If you won’t give your body a rest, it will have no chance to recover and have a strength. You should give your body the time for alteration if you start a running program and you want to increase a mileage. You should have a week down if you wish to change the pace and try cross training or another type of exercise. It will give your tensed muscles a rest and at the same time other muscles will get strain and re-built.

We should take care of our body require on its needs. If you find out that your heart rate is increased in the morning and has a 10+ beat per minute (bpm) or if you are too nervous and sluggish it means that you are overtrained.  You should go step by step to your fitness goal and be patient.
